It's Spritz Season!

Cody, Charlotte, and I just got back from a trip to Switzerland to visit friends! We spent a weekend in Ticino, which is one of the southern Swiss cantons (states) that borders Italy.

The weekend was hot and sunny so I had the perfect excuse to indulge in my favorite summer drink - The Aperol Spritz.

The Aperol Spritz is light and refreshing and so easy to make. Give it a try on a hot day this summer. 

The recipe is easy to reemember... 3- 2- 1! 

3 oz. Prosecco

2 oz. Aperol

1 oz. soda water

Combine over ice in a large glass and garnish with an orange slice (bonus points for a blue & white striped straw!)
